Both the Oakleaf suite and Acorn suite are available for hire, subject to availability. The cost of hiring the rooms depends on the nature of the event, time of day and day of the week, with a discount being offered for both suites being hired together.

Oakleaf Suite

A full function suite that can be used for dances, classes, social events, theatre and concerts as well as meetings, parties and lectures.

• Kitchen: A fully functional kitchen complete with microwave
• Stage with lighting, curtain and side stage
• Grand Piano for qualified players
• Good quantity of tables
• 120 upholstered chairs
• Bar (available on request)
• Sound system

Maximum Capacity: 140 (theatre style).
Lower numbers are advised if an alternative seating layout is chosen such as cabaret or banquet table style.

Acorn Suite

A smaller self contained suite with small kitchen, alternative entrance as well as being linked into the main hall. There is a piano available for qualified players and this hall is also covered by the premises license but does not have its own bar.

Committee Room

Aughton Village Hall has a small meeting room located in between the Acorn Suite and Oakleaf Suite. It can be accessed via the main entrance and can be hired at a small charge for small meetings.

Catering

Aughton Village Hall does not support or recommend any particular caterer. It is the responsibility of any hirer to arrange for catering.
