The Oakleaf Suite also known as the ‘Main Hall’ is the larger of the two function rooms within Aughton Village Hall, and is also the original part of the hall before the Acorn Suite extension was built.

The Oakleaf Suite is a good size and can be used for a variety of purposes including shows and theatrical entrainment, parties including birthdays, wedding anniversaries and christenings, classes, meetings and our monthly Social Dance. The hall has ample seating available, as well as a licensed bar, dance floor and stage it provides an excellent venue for you to hire or to visit an event.

Features:

Kitchen

A fully functional fitted kitchen complete with microwave, large water boiler for tea and coffee, sinks and cooker.

Stage

A small stage complete with lighting system , curtains and side stage, as well as having a sound system and bar available.

Grand Piano

There is a Grand Piano available for qualified players.

Tables and Chairs

There is a good selection of large and small tables and there are 120 upholstered chairs available in the hall.

Bar

The Oakleaf Suite has a dedicated licensed bar, available on request for a variety of functions. The licensing hours are 11am till 11pm and the bar serves a range of alcoholic and soft drinks.

Sound system

There is an installed sound system available. If you would like to know more please phone the hall.

Toilets

There are male and female toilets available in the main hall entrance in addition to a disabled toilet.

The maximum capacity of the Oakleaf suite is 120, this is when they are presented in a theatre style. There The hall can be laid out in a variety of different ways however offering reduced seating numbers.
In addition to this the Oakleaf suite benefits from the halls disabled access from Winfired lane, the disabled toilet and the main entrance.
