Oakleaf Suite
A full function suite that can be used for dances, classes, social events, theatre and concerts as well as meetings, parties and lectures. With a large dance floor, a stage and kitchen with plenty of tables and chairs it is a versatile room suitable for virtually any occasion. There is also a licensed bar available on request serving a variety of draught and bottled drinks. Toilets are provided for the suites main entrance.

Maximum Capacity: 140 (theatre style).
Lower numbers are advised if an alternative seating layout is chosen such as cabaret or banquet table style.
Licensed Bar
We operate a fully licensed bar, selling draught and bottled beers, spirits and wine, along with a full selection of soft drinks. We serves carlsberg & tetley on draught, a few bottled beers and a wide selection of spirits and gins.
We accept cash and card including contactless, for all major cards. Bar tabs are available for hosts on request.
Acorn Suite
A smaller self-contained suite with small kitchen, alternative entrance as well as being linked into the main hall. There is a piano available for qualified players. The Acorn is also covered by our premises license but does not have its own bar.
Committee Room
Aughton Village Hall has a small meeting room located in between the Acorn Suite and Oakleaf Suite. It can be accessed via the main entrance and can be hired at a small charge for small meetings, or used along with our other rooms.
The hiring cost is based upon an hourly rate with a fixed charge for the use of the kitchen. The hourly rate is different for the Oakleaf Suite and the Acorn Suite and rates vary for weekends and evenings. We also offer a discount for non-profit groups.
Catering
Aughton Village Hall does not provide internal catering or recommend any particular caterer. We ask for you to arrange your own catering to suite your function, and will provide some options if needed.

To give you a better idea of what we have to offer we have two fixed price deals for hiring:
Children’s Party
An afternoon booking in the Acorn Suite with full use of the kitchen and side room.
The Acorn suite is a large room suitable for many activities with tables and chairs available.
Times:1pm – 5pm Price: £65
Christening
An afternoon in the Oakleaf Suite with full use of the kitchen and the bar available on request.
The Oakleaf Suite has a large dance floor, stage and fantastic bay windows. The bar is available to serve your guests drinks or you can provide your own using the kitchen.
Times: 12 noon – 5pm Price: £110
Other events are based upon an hourly rate with a fixed charge for use of the kitchen, please make an enquiry for availability and exact price.
All bookings and prices quoted are subject to availability, and Aughton Village Hall reserve the right to revise prices at any point.
